A: At the top of the website menu bar click on "Book Appointment". You will be directed to another website that hosts the booking site.
Q: What if my custom Press Ons do not fit ?
A: If the nails are slightly bigger, all you need to do is file the edges to match your nail bed. Remember, you are responsible for sizing yourself as all SALES are FINAL and are custom made per order. If you ordered the incorrect size you would have to purchase a new order.
Q: How do I get my Press On sizing ?
A: We offer a sizing kit available for purchase. This is the best way to tell your correct sizing.
Q: How long does a Press On Order take ?
A: Press On Orders can take 5-7 days to be processed, then they will be shipped out to you and you will receive updates via email.
Q: How long do your Acrylic Nails last ?
A: Our retention for Acrylics is anywhere between 3-7 weeks long.
Q: How do I go about booking a Tooth Gem appointment?
A: Not all of our tooth gems are in stock. All you have to do is contact us before booking just to make sure we have it in stock before your appointment day.

Q: Does your salon take Walk Ins ?
A: No we do not. All services must be scheduled via our booking site. All appointments are personal and private.
Q: What do I do if my Tooth Gem falls off ?
A: With Tooth Gems, We offer a 30 day warranty. If your gem/s come off within 30 days we will put it back on for free. BEFORE we DO so , make sure any glue residue that is left behind is GONE. To get the residue off you need have your dentist buff the tooth.
Q: How long do Tooth Gems last ?
A: With proper care , Tooth Gems can last up to a year or more !
